What worked this year: obsession of customer support and the product feedback

Aimerce has grown more than 4X this year. What worked is our obsession with customer support and the product feedback loop.

We support over a thousand clients. Many may be surprised that I'm still responding to most customer support emails. I delegate to my team, but to build the best product, I have to stay close to customer feedback.

I used to work at big companies. I know having a support team disconnected from product and engineering is what kills the company. It doesn't matter how big the company is. What matters is how fast feedback loops back to the product.

As founder and CEO, I'm the fastest route to close the loop. That's the only way to build the best product.

After months of iterations, I'm confident Aimerce is the best product in its category.

Best learnings of the year

  • Automation. If you do something manually 5+ times, automate it.

  • Support fast and move fast. Time is money. Sometimes, time spent is worse than paying a few hundred more. I respect everybody's time and money. We support fast, we move fast. That's additional $$$ value.

  • Businesses are human relationships. Stay kind. Stay humane.

Cheers to another great year of 2025!
