🟡 What 9-Figure Brands Do Differently With Campaigns

Last Friday's webinar recap + free resources inside

Last Friday, Yiqi (founder of Aimerce) and I went LIVE for our second webinar.

Topic: 9-Figure Email Campaigns - how to get better performance with less time spent.

Here's the thing...

Most brands spend 1 hour on preparation and 30 hours on execution. Everything is chaos. Last-minute requests. "David, I know it's short notice, but can you send an email for our drop this Wednesday?"

Sound familiar?

We do it differently. 4 hours of preparation per month. 10 hours of execution. That's half the time – with better results.

Here are the 3 biggest takeaways from the webinar:

1. Preparation beats execution every time

Nine figure brands plan campaigns ONE MONTH in advance. They always have 3 evergreen campaigns ready to go. And every single email gets a proper design briefing BEFORE the designer touches Figma.

No more "Can you quickly do this?" at 11pm.

We showed our exact ClickUp workflow, our briefing document structure, and how one account manager can handle 6-8 brands without burning out.

2. Your segmentation probably doesn't teach you anything

Most brands send to "Newsletter" or "30-day engaged" and call it a day.

We use 30/60/90/120-day engagement segments – but here's the kicker: each one is split by order count (0 orders, 1 order, 2+ orders).

Why? Because 30-day engaged with ZERO orders often performs WORSE than 90-day engaged with 2+ orders.

Now you can actually swap out weak segments and add stronger ones week over week. No more guessing.

3. Audit campaigns BEFORE and AFTER you send

Yiqi showed the Aimerce campaign audit feature live.

Before sending: Is Smart Sending off? Is UTM tracking on? Are all images linked? Any grammar errors?

After sending: How does this compare to your 30-day average? Which links got clicked? Which segments underperformed?

The AI found 20+ grammar errors in a live campaign example. Imagine sending that to 500K people. 😬
