Every Monday morning, you probably ask yourself the same handful of questions.
“What's my daily attribution breakdown?”
“Is my pixel firing correctly?”
"Why is my conversion rate down this week?"
"Where are today's purchases actually coming from?"
"Is Pinterest driving any real traffic?"
Normally that means logging into four or five different dashboards, hoping nothing broke while you weren't looking.
What if you just asked those questions once, and they kept answering themselves every week without you having to log in at all.
That's what we built into Aima, our AI data analyst.
Instead of asking Aima a question and waiting for an answer, you can set up a recurring check in plain English, and it runs on a schedule you pick. Hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Every morning at 8am, check signal health across every platform, estimate any lost revenue, and post it to their #marketing Slack channel. That's the whole instruction. No engineering work, no dashboard to build, just a sentence typed once.

You can get the results in two formats.
Email notification
Slack message
How do you set it up?
You can configure and chat directly in the Aimerce dashboard. You can connect Klaviyo, Meta, and Google inside the Aimerce dashboard and manage all your channel connections from one place.

You can also configure a Slack connection. This is what I find the most helpful. You can @mention the AI in any Slack channel and ask questions directly, no need to log into a dashboard.

A few other recurring checks brands have set up so far:
Weekly attribution breakdown by channel
Meta daily funnel snapshot compared against a 7 day baseline
Monthly Meta window comparison, so you can see the gap between what the 7 day click window counts and what actually happened over 90 days
Klaviyo campaign revenue per recipient monitoring
Klaviyo campaign click rate and open rate monitoring
Klaviyo campaign unsubscribe rate monitoring
Klaviyo flow revenue decline alerts
Klaviyo flow open rate and click rate monitoring
Klaviyo list growth monitoring
Beta Testing
Since last week when we opened up Beta Testing, we collected a few frequent asked questions for inspirations.
Revenue and sales fluctuation root cause analysis (most frequent)
"Why did sales decrease today compared to yesterday?"
"How was revenue last month?"
"One of my Meta campaigns (bid cap) has very low sales, why?"

Channel contribution and attribution share
"Roughly what percent of my revenue comes from Meta, Google, email/Klaviyo, and organic/direct/repeat?"

Klaviyo email marketing (retrospective, growth, troubleshooting)
"Review my last 10 sent Klaviyo campaigns, open rate, click rate, attributed revenue, RPR, unsubscribes, and tell me which had the best ROI"
"Analyze my email performance over the last 30 days and flag anything that needs attention"
Growth consulting: "Others' Klaviyo revenue is much higher than mine, how do I increase my Klaviyo revenue?"
Troubleshooting (Spanish): "The Received Email event for the Abandoned Cart flow has dropped 100% since 7/3, why?" / "Smart Sending is not enabled, Gift flow 13 is sent to customers whose orders have already been delivered."
Product performance
"What are my best and worst performing products over the last 30 days, by revenue, orders, and AOV, and flag significant ups or downs"
"Are there any potential products in my catalog ads worth running as separate static ads? How do they compare against Meta's catalog ads?"
Full journey audit
"Do a full audit of my customer journey from visit to purchase, with full conversion metrics, and find performance bottlenecks"
Integration and product capability
"Do you need Shopify advanced access?"
"Are you compatible with Wetracked?"
We are still opening up Beta Testing slots to our existing Aimerce customers. We will give each of you 500 credits (~50 back&forth conversations using Claude model API), in exchange for feedback, use cases and bug reports.
Just reply to this email, and we will handle the rest for you.
Here to help you win ✌️
