Aima now lives inside Shopify's Sidekick!

“Ok, so Yiqi, what’s in it for me?”

That means YOU no longer need to leave Shopify to ask Aima a question.

Sidekick, Shopify's built-in AI assistant, can now pull Aima’s data analysis report directly from Sidekick without leaving Shopify. Same questions you'd normally ask inside the Aimerce dashboard, now answered right where you're already working.

Common questions merchants are already asking Aima

Now that Aima works inside Sidekick, here are some of the real questions merchants have been asking, ready to copy and try yourself.

  • "Why did sales decrease today compared to yesterday?"

  • "My conversion rate is down 20% over the last 45 days. Can you take a look?"

  • "Roughly what percent of my revenue comes from Meta, Google, email/Klaviyo, and organic/direct/repeat?"

  • "Which ad channel is driving the most new customer purchases, and what's the CAC per channel?"

  • "Review my last 10 sent Klaviyo campaigns, open rate, click rate, attributed revenue, RPR, unsubscribes, and tell me which had the best ROI"

It can see which platform is connected, and what needs attention

Ask Sidekick for a summary of your integrations, and it tells you what's live, what's missing a permission, and what you haven't set up yet. If something needs reconnecting, it tells you exactly what's missing and how to fix it.

Get a full channel breakdown, without leaving the chat

Ask which channel is actually driving your revenue, and Sidekick returns a real breakdown: orders, revenue, and share by channel, plus what it means. Which channel is your biggest, which has the best new customer rate, all in plain language, again, right inside Sidekick.

You can go deeper without switching tools by just asking, and it opens the same detailed view you'd get inside the Aimerce app, without ever leaving Shopify.

Cleaner, more concise answers

Merchants using Shopify Sidekick now get cleaner, more concise answers from Aimerce's AI, with a built-in safety limit so a response never runs on endlessly.

Long answers that don't fit in Sidekick

When an answer is too long for Sidekick's chat box, merchants now get a link to a live page that streams the full answer as it's being written. That link is short and safe to share; it no longer exposes any sensitive access token in the URL.

How to get access?

If you have Aimerce installed, you will have this feature by default.

You can go into the Aimerce app and configure the AI models and data access.

Just reply to this email, and we will handle the rest for you.

Here to help you win ✌️
